From April 25 to May 1, 2016, stationery manufacturer Maped Helix will once again be encouraging the nation to put pen to paper as a sponsor of National Stationery Week.
Christopher Leonard-Morgan, organiser of the event, said: “We created the event to get more people putting pen to paper, especially children. Writing, and being able to write, by hand matters and is as important as ever, even in an increasingly digital world. It isn’t a question of one or the other.”
He added: “National Stationery Week celebrates the written word and all things stationery – the products which make it all possible and give so much pleasure to so many people. The event has grown year-on-year and preparations are already in full flw to make sure this year’s is the biggest and best yet.”
